I was very proud to see a glimpse of your valuable contribution to the global quality movement. A contribution that I have personally benefited from in addition to Jordan Society for Quality, the organization I was chairing its Board. As I was part of the Middle East Quality Association (MEQA), I also saw the Middle Eastern Quality Community practically benefiting from your knowledge, thoughts and guidance to set-up and launch their quality improvement initiatives and strategies. You will always be our reference, our mentor and our quality and excellence guru. I have never seen a person with such a passion to transfer the knowledge of quality and excellence as you have.
I strongly believe that you have fulfilled your duties towards Juran and towards the global quality movement and we are all waiting for more to come as we all know that your innovation never ends. I also believe that you made it very hard to your successor to come even close to the size and impact of your contribution to this movement.
I wish you all the success in the world and I am very eager for the next learning experience with you Sir.
